FIFA 2014 Venues

The 2014 FIFA World Cup also known as Copa do Mundo da FIFA – Brasil 2014 is scheduled to take place in Brazil from 12 June to 13 July 2014.

The 64 matches of FIFA 2014 Football World Cup will take place in 12 host cities namely – Belo Horizonte, Brasília, Cuiabá, Curitiba, Fortaleza, Manaus, Natal, Porto Alegre, Recife and Olinda (a stadium would be shared by both cities), Rio de Janeiro, Salvador and São Paulo.

Half of the chosen host cities will have their games played in brand new venues built specifically for the 2014 FIFA World Cup, while the stadium for the capital Brasilia was demolished and will be rebuilt, and the remaining five are upgrading their current stadiums.
